从厚度控制方案的选取和实现两方面阐述了金属板材厚度自动控制系统的设计方法,通过控制算法的软、硬件设计,实现了轧钢系统板材厚度的单片机自动控制。

This paper introduces metal plate thickness voluntarily control system from thickness control scheme select and realize the both design methods.Through the soft,hardware design of control algorithm,the only flat machine that has realized the systematic plate thickness of steel rolling is controled voluntarily.
