Controlling of the fabrication cost of the construction project should be run through the whole building course. This paper stands on these following four stages of a Construction project： the earlier stage of a construction project, the preparatory stage, the building stage and the stage for the final acceptance of construction and then lays particular emphasis on the feasibility research course, the designing process and the bidding course, to explain how to control the fabrication oost of the project effectively through the whole course.
