房地产证券化在我国的推行是一种必然趋势。剖析了我国推行房地产证券化面临的主要问题,并根据问题产生的原因,针对性地提出了解决问题的对策,以期能对促进我国房地产证券化的推行有所裨益。
It is necessary to carry out the real estate securitization in China. The article analyzes the main problems which the real estate securitizafion in China is confronted with, and presents the counter measures, which would be beneficial to promote the development of the real estate securitization of China.
