摘要
本文简单介绍了国际海事组织有关“船舶操纵性暂行标准”的决议，并用70000t散货船的实船试航结果和仿真计算结果与之进行了比较。
The IMO resolution A 751 (18) 'Interim Standard for Ship Maneuverability'is brief1y introduced. The real ship maneuvering tests and corespondent calculation for 70, 000 DWT bulk carriers were carried out. The results of test and simulation are compared with the interim standards published in IMO resolution.
