摘要
根据金属切削刀具相似性和标准化程度比较高的特点,对开发计算机辅助刀具管理与设计一体化系统所需的刀具数据结构及其管理形式进行了分析与研究,运用成组技术中的相似性原理解决各类刀具分类编码问题;结合数据库技术和图形显示技术对刀具编码进行代码解释、查询和输出,开发了刀具分类编码系统.
Due to the requirement for developing the integrated system of computer aided design and computer aided management of metal cutting tools, the paper analyzes and deals with the data structure and its management forms of melal cutting tools in the light of the characteristics of their high similarity and standardization It develops a classifying and coding system of metal cutting tools with complete functions and friendly interface in which the similarity principle in group technology is used to solve the classifying and coding problem of different types of cutting tools and the advanced database management and graphics display techniques to perform the coding explanation, querying and outputting.
