摘要
采用零维模型对柴油机在排气门漏泄这一故障下的工作过程进行仿真研究,定量地分析了漏气对其性能参数的影响.为此开发一套仿真软件,能适用于漏气和非漏气等不同情况,可通过人机对话的方式设定某一缸或几缸漏气,具有较好的通用性.本模型在6160Z型柴油机上进行了实机测试,与预测值基本吻合.
The objective in this paper is to present the zero-dimensional model to simulate the working processes of diesel engines under the circumference of exhaust valve failure. The influence of the leakage on the performance of engines is quantitatively analyzed. The simulating software Suitable to the abnormal and normal working processes is developed, in Which the leakage of a cylinder or several cylinders can be selected through the interfaces of manmachine. In order to test the accuracy of the model, experiments are performed on the 6160Z trubocharged diesel engine under different loading conditions and different leakage regions.
