摘要
论述了钛、铝、钙、稀土合金分级复合变质工艺在高锰钢中的作用.经变质的高锰钢与传统高锰钢相比,用的纯净度提高,夹杂物的形态和分布得到改善,晶粒细化,强度提高15%,塑性提高20%,冲击韧性提高40%.变质高锰钢浇注的履带板,经装车使用考核,其寿命已超过额定指标20%,仍在正常使用.
easonable multistage complex modification with Al-Ti-Ca--RE alloy has been developedand the effectiveness is discussed. It is shown that the strength, the DUctility and the toughnessachievded are 15%, 20% and 40% higher respectively than those of the conventional high manganesesteel because of the grain refinement,the liquid steel purity and the improved morphology and distribution of non-metallic inclusions. An spplication of the caterpillars cast with the modified steel showsthat the service life is 20% longer than the specified one.
