探讨了车辆定位与监控系统组成结构及其功能实现,结合设计与开发工作,介绍了DGPS应用于车辆监控的关键技术以及对一些特殊情况的处理方法。

This paper presents the infrastructure design and implementation of vehicle location and monitoring system. The key techniques about DGPS applied to vehicle location and monitoring are studied. Special emphasis is also put forward briefly.
