摘要
IT项目中也有其独特的复杂性,它是企业管理和计算机软件相结合的综合体。本文结合具体ERP项目的实施,一方面分析了目前ERP项目实施中项目管理存在的问题,另一方面分析了ERP工程监理的形式和策略,给出了ERP项目管理和工程监理的SWOT分析矩阵,并通过实证分析了项目管理与监理的动力模型。

This paper has analyzed the problem of the ERP project implementing and the form of the ERP project supervision, A SWOT matrix of ERP project management and supervision has been present, Moreover a systems dynamics model of ERP project management and supervision has been empirical study.
