所谓人为因素即在人-机-环境这个大系统中,因人的原因造成的系统不协调,这就是人们常说的人为差错。人为差错的发生不仅在人的本身,同时整个人-机-环境都存在导致人为差错的可能。人为因素对航空器维修质量的影响,越来越被维修管理者们重视。如何从宏观和微观上分析人为因素的机理原因、寻求对策是当前亟待解决的问题。人为差错的分类本文主要讨论的是人本身的原因造成的差错,为了分析方便,按差错的主导原因,将其分为如下4种类型。

Human-made errors may be caused not only by human being themselves , but also the whole person-aircraft-environment system . The effect of human factors on aircraft maintenance quality is more and more emphasized by maintenance managers . It ' s an urgent problem to be solved at present how to analyse mechanism of human factors and to explore the way to deal with them from macro and micro point of view. In this article, the author mainly discusses errors caused by human being . The author classifies human made errors as four types, then, analyses the causes for them and presents the countermeasures .
