The development tendency of the engines for regional and business aircraft is to develop the engines by means uf the international cooperation , to use widely the turbofan , and to lay emphasis on the reliability and enduranc, and maintainability . The second generation of the regional and business aircraft' s engines continues to use and develop in 1990s . The several smaller thrust turbofans for the less than 30- seat aircraft will enter into service after 1996 . The paper introduces simply the engines to be used for the 100-seat class aircraft .
