摘要
台湾经过20多年的努力,目前已建立起不太完整的航空科研生产体系,具备了在引进外国技术的基础上研制超音速战斗机、喷气教练机、空对空导弹的能力。同时,台湾专利生产了国外战斗机、教练机、直升机和各种航空发动机及航空电子设备。应特别指出的是,IDF战斗机的研制使台湾航空技术的发展有了一个大的飞跃。IDF采用了双发单垂尾、翼身融合体布局和气泡形座舱盖,梯形机翼为变弯度设计,这种设计综合了多种先进战斗机的设计特点。IDF采用的TFE1042-70涡扇发动机的推重比为6.5,单台加力推力为42.95千牛。台湾通过该发动机的研制生产,熟悉了先进涡扇发动机技术。
A preliminary scientifical research and production system for Taiwan ' s aviation industry has been set up following more than 20 years of efforts, with capabilities in aviation test techniques of static/dynamic structure, ground calibration and failure allowance . Due to the shortage of infrastructure, Taiwan ' s aviation industry is still relying on the West in key aviation technoiogies.It is now in Taiwan that its military aero-tech is superior to its civil one, airframe and airborne weapons are superior to avionics and aeroengines, while the capability in aviation research and development is falling behind manufacturing capability.
