摘要
装备大离轴角近距空空导弹的战斗机,飞行员只有配备头盔瞄准/显示系统才能具有“看到就打”(look-to-shoot)的能力,达到先发制人的目的。最简单的头盔瞄准具采用发光二极管产生的十字线对准目标,导弹的导引头就会指向目标,而复杂的头盔瞄准具把阴极射线管(CRT)产生的图像投影在飞行员护目镜上,不仅显示瞄准符号。
The main function of the helmet-mounted sighting/display system for fighters is to operate with high off-boresight angle seeker installed in advanced short-range air-to-air missiles in order to achieve look-to-shootcapability. In this article, the JHMCS program of the US Air Forceand Navy, weight and man/machine interface of HMD, image generation and head tracker, quick-disconnect connector, and some overall helmet-aircraft weapon system issues like PIO, accuracy and g-load are discussed .
