俄罗斯的试飞员培训

Test Flight Pilot Training in Russia

由中国试飞员学校派出的3名试飞员及领队、翻译一行5人,在俄罗斯试飞员学校进行了为期一年的试飞员培训。笔者作为试飞员之一,亲身经历了这难忘的日日夜夜。这期间,我们共飞了6个机种,从大型喷气客机图-154到最先进的战斗机苏-27,从理论学习到模拟器训练,完成了俄试飞员学校规定的所有理论和飞行内容,取得了俄罗斯国家颁发的毕业证书和相应的国际试飞员等级证书,这在我国尚属首次。

The author who comes from China Aviation Test Establishment has completed about one year training in Russia Test Flight Pilot School. He flew six types of aircraft, including Tu1154, Su-27, and got relevant certification . He introduces what he went through by himself and thinks the instructors in this school are excellent although they are faced with great difficulties .
