影响子宫内膜接受性的相关因素研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 子宫内膜接受性是影响胚胎着床的重要因素。子宫内膜在“种植窗期”出现特有的形态学变化,并分泌表达特有的蛋白,同时子宫内膜受激素、细胞因子、黏附分子及糖蛋白等多种因素的调节和影响。监测这些因素有助于确定“着床窗”,预测体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)的结局,从而指导辅助生殖技术(ART)的应用,提高助孕成功率。
