摘要
污染问题属于经济学中市场失灵的外部性问题。用科斯定理分析一个橡胶厂臭味污染长期不能解决的原因在于:(1)产权不清;(2)现实中交易成本不为零。
The pollution problem is an external diseconomy alone to market failure. In this paper, Coase theory is used to analyze the pollution problem in a rubber factory and study the cause of external diseeonomies. At last, some suggestions are offered.
