本文从三个方面阐述了开放教育《管理学基础》课程教学模式改革的具体做法和体会,一是精心设计面授辅导;二是积极开展网上教学活动;三是构建丰富、有效的学习支持服务系统。

This article explains course the methods and experience of the mode reform of teaching about the course Management Foundation. One method is to design meticulously and personally instruct coaching; the second one is to launch the online teaching actively; the third one is to structure the abundant teaching support service.
