摘要
自从人类社会进入工业化及现代化社会以来,人们对人才管理艺术的探讨就从未停止过。在不同的历史时期,总有新的理论及经验产生。文章通过对《西游记》故事中唐僧运用高超的管理艺术,带领三位徒弟获得取经事业成功的分析,指出了唐僧的管理艺术对现代企业人才管理的启示。
Human being has been exploring the art of talents management since the industrialized and the modernized society. There appeared new theories and the experiences In different historical period. By analyzing the experience of TANG Seng, who had successfully obtained learns with his three apprentices by applying excellent management art, it is to point out the enlightenment of TANG Seng＇s management art to the modern enterprises＇ talents management.
