Synthesis of 4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenethylamine Hydrochloride

摘要 以香草醛和硝基甲烷为原料,通过缩合、还原和成盐反应,合成了4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯乙胺盐酸盐,并通过IR和1HNMR对其结构进行了表征。进一步探讨了反应温度、催化剂用量和反应物摩尔比对缩合反应产率的影响以及还原剂的制备、反应温度和反应时间对还原反应产率的影响,还原产率达到66.8%。 4-Hydroxy-3-methoxyphenethylamine hydrochloride was synthesized from vanillin with nitromethane via the condensation, reduction and hydrochlorination. The structure of the product was conftrmed by IR and IHNMR. The effect of reaction temperature, catalyst proportion and reagent mole ratio on the yield of the condensation was studied, and also the effect of preparation of reducing agent, reaction temperature and time on the yield of the reduction was studied. The yield of the reduction was 66.8%.
