摘要 轴承内圈在磁粉探伤时端面出现磁痕。采用热酸浸低倍检验、金相检验、扫描电镜及能谱等方法对磁痕(缺陷)进行了解剖分析。结果表明,轴承内圈端面上的缺陷由夹杂物或夹渣所致,为冶金缺陷。 Magnetic traces were discovered on the magnetic nondestrective testing process to the end products. The defects lies on the inner ring faces of the bearings. Dissected and investigated the deflects by means of metallographic examination and macroscopic inspection and scanning electron microscope and energy spectroscopy. The results showed that the defects on the inner ring of the bearing are hair-cracking causing by serious impurities or slag enclosures, these are metallurgy defects.
