教职工高血压及其并发症的流行趋势调查

A Survey and Analysis of Prevailing Direction on the Disease of Hypertension and its Syndromes

目的了解高校高血压及其并发症的人群患病率,提高对高血压及并发症危害的认识,从而加强对高血压的群防群治。方法通过回顾性调查自1999年以来记录的高血压防治情况及历年华南师范大学健康体检记录的情况进行统计分析。结果教职工高血压患病率有逐年升高的趋势,由1999年的2.40%升至2004年的5.04%(t=8.440,p<0.05),60岁以上教职工的患病率由1999年的2.55%升至2004年的6.51%(t=6.547,p<0.05),且各年份60岁以上教职工的患病率均高于全校教职工的总患病率,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。60岁以上教职工高血压患者占患者总数的比例也逐年上升,由1999年的54.24%升至2004年的77.60%(t=16.917,p<0.05)。并发症中老年组高于中青年组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.001,p<0.05)。高血压患者的血尿酸检测结果高于正常值的比例高达49.2%。结论高校教职工,特别是60岁以上人群高血压及并发症的发病率有逐年增加趋势。早期系统的治疗是改善其预后、减少并发症发生率的关键措施。高血压病伴高尿酸血症应引起重视,并作为判断病情、指导治疗的一个参考指标。

Objeetive To survey the morbidty of hypertension and its syndromes and enhance the attention of their danger, in order to reinforce the prevention and cure of hypertension. Method According to the statistics and analysis on the record of prevention and cure of hypertension and its syndromes and the record by the annual physical check-up in SCNU since 1999. Results The morbidity of hypertension has been increasing year after year： and the hypertension 60 years old over patients occupied 54.24% of the total patients in 1999 but rose to 77.60% in 2004. The morbidity of hypertension syndromes of elder people （60 years old over） is obviously higher than the younger people. 49.2% of the hypertension patients have uricacidemia test results higher than the normal rate. Conclusion There is an increasing tendency of the morbidity of hypertension and its syndromes among the faculty, especially 60 years old over people. Early and systematic treatments are very important to improve its prognosis and reduce the morbidity of hypertension syndromes. Enough attention should be paid to the hyperuricemia accompanying the hypertension and make it a index to judge the state of illnesses and to instruct the treatment.
