摘要
职业倦怠是影响高校教师身心健康和工作质量的重要因素。在有关职业倦怠内涵、产生以及发展等有关理论的基础上,分析当前导致高校教师职业倦怠产生的主、客观原因,认为导致高校教师职业倦怠既有外部环境的因素,也有高校教师自身的因素;并从高校教学改革、教师身心保健等角度提出了应对策略。
Job burnout is an important factor influencing the university teachers' health and working quality. Based on the theory of burnout, analyses the subject and object causes of university teachers' burnout. The character of university teachers' life style, cognitive style, and the working circumstance all contribute to their burnout. This article also gives some suggestion of coping strategy from the view of university' s reform and teachers' health protection.
