摘要
通过四点法实现圆度、轴系误差的分离与补偿,可以获得很高的测量精度。本文讨论该系统的测量原理及相应机械结构、光电变换、信号采集和微机接口的设计要点。
Different from the common 4-point method for separating the form error motion of the workpiece from the motion error of the axis of rotation. It can reach higher rneasured precision by making use 4 - point method. This paper describes the measurement principle and characteristics of mechanical structure, optics-electric system, micro-sensor signal sample, and computer interface.
