发达国家推进民办教育发展的启示

On Enlightenment of Developing Non-governmental Education in Developed Countries

发达国家如美、英、日等国,多将民办教育纳入国民教育体系,并采取多种政策、手段,促进民办教育发展。这对我国民办教育发展的启示在于,应加强对民办教育发展的综合规划,对不同层次民办教育给以分类指导,进一步对部分公办学校实行转制改革,落实扶持民办教育发展的特殊政策,制定有利于教师合理流动的政策与制度。

Most developed countries such as U.S., Britain, Japan regard non-governmental education as a part of national education system and take measures to develop it. This provides enlightenments to develop non-governmental education in our country that we should strengthen its comprehensive planning, offer guidance to various level non-governmental education, take reforms to a part of government schools, put special measures to non-governmental education development into effect, and make favorable policies and systems to promote reasonable transfer of teachers.
