团队管理、员工参与、动态管理平衡和发掘个人潜能等理念为欧洲人力资源能力建设奠定了必要的理念基础。由于特有的政治、经济、文化等因素的影响,欧洲人力资源能力建设呈现出独特而又多元的特点,各国在社会、企业、相关机制及制度方面形成了各自完善而独特的人力资源能力建设体系。未来,欧洲人力资源能力建设基础理念的能力化、能力建设的社会化、教育培训的专业化、职业资格的标准化趋势将日趋明显。
Human resources capability construction in Europe is theoretically based on ideas like group administration, staff participation, dynamic administration balance and stimulating potency. Under the influence of its specific politics, economics and culture, human resources capability construction in Europe shows the traits that are special and muhifaced. All countries have formed complete and unique human resource capability construction system. In the future, socialization of human resource capability construction in Europe, and the specialization of education training is becoming dominant.
