本文针对近年一些学者对老年多器官功能不全的研究,结合临床运用中西医结合手段对呼吸科重症的救治体会,就老年多器官功能不全肺启动机制及中西医结合干预进行探讨。作者提出治疗体会:积极开展综合治疗;通畅呼吸道,及早纠正缺氧;去邪不忘扶正;化瘀通络贯穿治疗的始终。

According to some scholars' research on the aged multiorganic dysfunction and our clinic experiences of treatment on severe respiratory diseases with Integrated Therapy of TCM and WM,the author made a approach to viewpoints of mechanism and treasures of treatment on the aged multiorganic dysfunction initiated by lung.The experiences form author as follows:carrying out actively complex therapy;keeping the airway open;improving hypoxia state at early period;Strengthening Body Resistance while Eliminating Pathogenic Factor;Promoting Blood Circulation to Remove Meridian Obstruction all through the whole disease course.
