摘要
对钯及铂合金丝用石英管进行连续退火时长期存在的粘丝和断丝问题进行了机理研究,并以氧化铝管代替石英管彻底地解决了这一难题。
As the palladium and platinum alloy wire passing through the quartz tube for continuous annealing, the wire often adheres to the wall of tube and breaks,This paper analysed the mechanism of such phenomenon. Now the quartz tube is replaced by the alumina oxide tube for annealing the wire, so thoroughly solved this problem.
