摘要
采用光学金相和电子探针分析仪等分析手段,对GCr15冷轧辊早期断裂进行了分析。结果表明:断裂源并不位于宏观断口上,而是位于应力集中的辊颈键槽根部,硫化物在此聚集并沿轴向分布,导致冷轧辊在工作中发生断裂。该辊颈的显微组织很不均匀,加快了裂纹的扩展。
This paper analyzes the reason of early fracture of GCr15 cold-rolling roller by EPMA and Optical metallography. The result show that fracture origins are not on the surface of macrofracture, but at the roller’s neck keyway roots that there stress is concentrated. Sulfide inclusions being dispersed along the direction of roller axis are coalesced at the roller’s neck keyway roots and lead to fracture in working process. Inhomogeneous microstructure of roller’s neck accelecates the fracture propagation.
