摘要
针对不锈钢长型材高线区域的弯管装置在生产不锈钢时不仅造成不锈钢线材大面积严重擦伤而且易引起吐丝管堵塞等问题进行了分析研究。开发出一种具有自主知识产权的新型滚动弯管装置,并采用先进的油气润滑保证滚动导轮轴承的寿命,较好地解决了不锈钢表面在弯管处的擦伤问题,不锈钢产量扩大到原来的3～4倍,生产成本大为降低,产生了可观的经济效益。
The article analized and investigated the causes of serious scratches on the surface of s. s. wire rod and blockage of the laying head tube. A new rotary bending device for pipe ＆ tube with self-mastered intellectual property is developed. Incombination with advanced oil-mist lubrication, it not only solved the problem of surface scratches of the product but also ensured the beating＇s life of the rotary guiding wheel. Meanwhile ,the production capacity is expand, ed by 3 - 4 times, cost reduced obviously, resulted in a cosiderable economic effectiveness.
