摘要
阐述了获取低松弛预应力钢材的途径及其影响因素,研究与探讨了预应力钢材低松弛性能的获取机理。总结出,预应力钢丝、钢绞线抗预应力松弛性能与其稳定化处理工艺参数及其它性能之间的关系。得出,低松弛预应力钢丝不能再经纯回火、纯矫直或矫直+回火处理,否则,其原有的抗应力松弛性能会被严重恶化;PC钢棒的抗应力松弛性能主要取决于最终产品的金相组织,与其所用原料的钢种与牌号关系不大;微合金化是预应力混凝土用冷拉(轧)钢产品,预应力混凝土用粗规格热轧棒材等获取较好抗应力松弛性能的有效研究途径的结论。
This paper expatiates the manufacture way of PC steel products and its influence factors. It researches and discusses the mechanism to obtain the low relaxation property of PC steel products. It summaried the relationship between antistress-relaxation property, stabilization process parameters and other properties of PC wire and PC strand. It concluded that the low relaxation prestressed concrete steel wire cannot be treated by pure temper,pure straighten or straighten + temper, otherwise, the original anti-stress-relaxation property will be deteriorated badly. Also, the anti-stress-relaxation property of PC steel bar mainly depends on the metallographic structure of final products, it does not matter to steel grade and brand of raw material Microalloying is the effective way of cold drawn (rolled) steel products and large size hot rolled bar for prestressed contrete to get better anti-stress-relaxation property.
