摘要
介绍了一个用于液氢/液氧火箭发动机涡轮泵可靠性分析与评估的软件系统──TPRAE(TurbopmumpReliabilityAnalysis&Evaluation).该系统中包括了以下几种可靠性算法:故障模式、影响及危害度分析、故障树分析、单元可靠性评估、系统可靠性综合.单元可靠性评估分指数分布和Weibull分布两种情形,系统可靠性综合分横向综合、纵向综合两类.TPRAE是在BorlandC++3.1集成开发环境下开发的microsoftwindows应用程序,在用户界面上采用了大量对话框、菜单、窗口、按钮控制等资源,具备Borland和windows的综合界面风格.
A software system named TPRAE,which can be used for liquid rocket engine reliability analysis and evaluation.The system includes FMECA,FTA,elements and system reliability integration and reliability learning model establishment algorithms.Element reliability evaluation involves exponential and Weibull distributions.System reliability integration is divided into lateral integration and longitudinal integration. TPRAE is developed under borland C+ + 3.1 integrated developing environment,and it is a microsoft windows application. Many resources,such as dialogs,menus,windows and control buttons are embeded into its user interface which has the style both in borland C+ + and windows.
