摘要
简述了相位法曲面三维全场无接触检测的基本原理,研究了被测曲面的梯度变化对频谱分析和滤波处理的影响,推导出相位法曲面可测梯度极限的理论公式,并通过锥面测量验证了这一公式的正确性.
The fundamental law of the phase method for noncontact whole-field 3-D curved surface measuring is briefly described. Having studied the influence of the slopes of measured surfaces on the spectral filter in the frequency domain,a formula for calculating the maximum measurable slopes is developed and verified by measuring a cone surface.
