摘要
简述了相位法曲面全场无接触三维测量的基本原理,针对为汽车车顶抗凹性能研究而制作的模拟覆盖件的外形测量要求,设计了相位法三维测量的光学成象系统与图象处理系统,并应用到汽车模拟覆盖件的外形测量,测量结果与三坐标所测结果相近,说明了该测量系统的精确性.
The fundamental law of the phase method for noncontact, whole-field 3-D surface measuring has been investigated. The optical device and image processing system of the phasemethod have been developed to meet the special need of measuring the simulant automobilebody part which is prepared for dent-resistent study.
