不均布行星齿轮传动装置设计的几个问题 被引量:2

摘要 推导了不均布行星传动的装配条件;提出了不均布所带来的各行星轮合力及工作过程中的动不平衡离心力的计算公式;推荐了使其合力为零或减至最小的方法;得出了行星轮不均布的行星传动装置的使用条件和设计时应注意的几个问题。 The assembling requirements of this kind of planetary gear drive are given as follows:The formulas for calculating the unbalance coefficient K of resultant force F rt of radial force and tangential force acting to planetary gears and dynamic disequilibrium centrifugal force F c caused by this unequal-anlge arrangement have been derived;A method to make the forces F rt and F c approach to zero or minimum is recommended;At last,some problems worthy of consideration in its configuration design are stated:(1)The centre angles α of mounting planetary gears should approach identity,i.e. α≈2π/n (Here n is the number of planetary gears);(2)Central angles α should be divided into some groups.Which are symmetrical about the rotating centre.
