摘要
大型高速回转机械的转子在动平衡机上进行高速动平衡时,滑动轴承—转子系统的工况与机组的实际运行工况具有良好的一致性。考虑到现场识别滑动轴承油膜动特性系数时存在的种种困难,本文提出一种在动平衡机上识别滑动轴承油膜动特性系数的新方法。数值试验表明,本文的方法是行之有效的。
A rotor in a large-scale rotary machine must undergo balancing at a high speed on a balancing machine,in the meantime the working conditions of the bearing-rotor system should be similar to actuality.Considering the several difficulties in the on-the-spot recognition of the oil film dynamic coefficients of the journal bearings,a new approach to recognizing the coefficients on a balancing machine is provided.The numerical test shows that the present approach is very effective.
