摘要 提出一种适用于双圆弧、多圆弧等超跨音叶型的非设计点损失落后角模型。非设计点损失由设计点损失和非设计点偏离损失两部分组成。非设计点偏离损失是马赫数与冲角的二次函数。设计点落后角采用Swan与Crevleing的模型。把上面的模型与流线曲率法程序结合,所获得的总特性、分级特性、流动参数均与实验值吻合良好,可用于工程计算。 A model of loss and deviation is developed for off-design overall performance prediction of axial compressor with MCA and DCA blade profiles.The off-design loss consists of design loss and off-design deviation loss.The latter is a second-order function of Mach number and incidence.The Swan and Creveling model is employed for design deviation prediction.Then the loss and deviation model is incorporated into a S 2 program to predict machine performance.An extensive comparison of the predicted results with test data in aspects of overall performance,stage performance,aerodynamic parameters of the flowfield shows that the prediction turns out to be a success.
