摘要
以8对具有不同辐板布置薄轮缘斜齿轮传动为对象,通过实验研究了三维修形对斜齿轮共振应力的影响。运用建立在有限元法、柔度矩阵和数学规划法基础上的三维修形方法获得了每对齿轮副的修形曲线。结果表明,采用三维修形技术将显著降低薄轮缘斜齿轮中的应力波动和振动水平,有利于延长齿轮传动的工作寿命。
The effects of three-dimensional modification on resonant stresses of thin-rimmed helical gears are investigated experimentally.Eight tested driven gears have different rim and web sizes.Three types of web are adopted,i.e.plain,inclined and one-side web.The 3-D modification method used in this paper is based on finite element procedure,flexibility matrix and mathematical programming technique.The resonant stresses of helical gears are significantly decreased by using 3-D tooth flank modification.When sizes of rim and web are qual to m n and B/3 (m n is the module of gears and B is the facewidth of driven gear),the vibrational amplitudes corresponding to the three nodal diameter natural frequency of gears with the plain,inclined and one-side web arrangments decrease 5 4 dB、5 8 dB and 13 3 dB,respectively.
