摘要
根据对柱塞式加力燃油泵汽蚀产生机理的认识,重新设计了分油盘的过渡区,试验证明:它对抑制汽蚀的产生效果显著,能削弱柱塞上的冲击负荷,从而可提高油泵的可靠性和寿命。
According to mechanism of cavitation generated by afterburning fuel plunger pump.we redesign the transition zone of its fuel distributor.Experiments show that the method not only prevents the generation of the cavitation,but also weakens the impact load on the plungers,so that the reliability and life of the fuel pump are improved.
