摘要
研究全尺寸红外抑制二元喷管的成形技术,并对试验件的成形工艺作了分析。经安装、试验证实,成形制造是十分成功的。作为红外隐身技术的重点课题之一,全尺寸二元喷管的设计和制造在国内还是第一次。与圆喷管相比,非轴对称的二元喷管结构复杂、加工制造的难度大。因此,研制符合设计要求的二元喷管就成了该项试验研究中的关键技术。
Presents a forming technique of a full-sized two-dimensional nozzle with infrared suppression and analyzes the forming technique of a test sample. After assembly and testing,the key problems in infrared stealthy technology, the design and manufacture of the nozzle is the first time in china. Compared with the circular nozzle, the asymmetry two-dimensional one is much difficult to form because of its complex structure. So the manufacture of a two-dimensional nozzle satisfied the design requirements becomes the key technique in the development program.
