摘要
目的探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声(TVCD)对围绝经期子宫肌瘤患者进行期待疗法监测的临床应用价值。方法对47例围绝经期子宫肌瘤期待疗法患者的子宫肌瘤体积变化、子宫动脉和子宫肌瘤内部的血流信号变化进行回顾性分析。结果围绝经期子宫肌瘤期待疗法中肌瘤体积明显缩小,子宫动脉血流阻力在绝经后明显升高,肌瘤组织内的血流信号明显减少。结论TVCD是评价围绝经期子宫肌瘤期待疗法的理想工具,对期待疗法的长期观察能起到重要作用。
Objective To investigate the applicable value of transvaginal color Doppler Ultrasonography in the monitoring expectant treatment of uterine myoma during perimenopause. Methods The resistance index （RI） of blood flow of the uterine artery,uterine myoma volume were analyzed retrospectively to 47 cases with expectant treatment of uterine myoma during perimenopause. Results After expectant treatment, the myoma volume was reduced. The RI values of the uterine artery were significantly higher than that of before. The blood flow of myoma tissue was decreased. Conclusions TVCD is an ideal tool in assessing the effect of expectant treatment for uterine myoma during perimenopause and it plays an important role in the long-term follow-up.
