摘要
简述了ＧａＡｓＩＣＣＡＤ技术开发应用的现状及发展趋势，提出了我国在ＧａＡｓＩＣＣＡＤ技术开发应用方面的建议。
The current state and tendency of GaAs IC CAD technology are reviewed in this paper, and proposals of its developement in our country are advanced.
