骨缺损基因治疗的研究进展

摘要 基因治疗是修复骨缺损的主要研究方向之一。当前对骨缺损基因治疗的研究热点主要在于对骨诱导因子目的基因、各种载体及靶细胞的研究,将目的基因通过体内或体外途径转入靶细胞,维持骨诱导因子在局部持续有效地表达,从而修复骨缺损。本文就骨缺损基因治疗的实验研究和临床应用进展作一综述。 Gene therapy is one of the main directions of restoring bone defect. Presently, the hot spot of research in gene therapy of bone defect rests mainly with the gene of bone inducement factors.carriers and target cells. It transfers aim genes into target cells and maintains local continual efficient expression of bone inducement factors,which can restore bone defect. We made a particular interpretation of the research progress in experiment research and clinical application.
