摘要
现场总线技术广泛应用于各个不同领域的电气控制系统中。意大利GD公司的包装机采用自主开发的MICROII电控系统,并从700包/分钟开始的包装机系列产品使用了与目前市场上通用的现场总线技术不相容的现场总线技术。中烟机械技术中心最新开发的550包/分钟包装机成功的采用了GD公司700包/分钟包装机的现场总线技术,作者在文中介绍了该现场总线技术的硬件构成和软件控制方面的特点,以期今后将该技术更好的应用于更高速的包装机上。
The fieldbus technology was widely applied to the electrical control system in different domain. The GD cigarette packer of Italy use the MICROII control system which was developed by themselves. The special fieldbus technology which is different from the general market was applied to the packer with the speed more than 700 packets per minute. The new machine with the speed 550 packets per minute designed by China Tobacco Machinery Technology Centre Co. ,LTD. use this fieldbus technology successfully. These paper introduces the configuration of the hardware and the characteristic of the software about this special fieldbus technology. It will be possible that this fieldbus technology be applied to the packers with higher speed.
