This paper describes the laser stability and the process of optical information technology which are used for laser grating-record system of CD grating machine. The acoustooptic effect and behaviours of support circuits are also mentioned. It is eventually proved that acoustooptictechnology will be applied extensively in the areas of multi-media technology and information compression.
