保持我国外汇储备适度规模与增速的对策

Countermeasures in Maintaining Appropriate Scale and Accelerating Rate of Foreign Exchange Reserves in China

文章从汇率体制改革和利率市场化改革、改变贸易政策和资本与金融账户的非均衡管制、提高超额外汇储备的投资效率等方面入手,在对我国外汇储备规模和增速合理性的基础上,提出了保持我国外汇储备的适度规模和增速的对策。

Based on the scale and the rationality of the accelerating rate of the foreign exchange reserves, this paper proposes the countermeasures in maintaining the appropriate scale and accelerating rate of foreign exchange reserves in our country. These countcrmeatures lie in the reformation of exchange rate and the market-based interest rate, adjusting the trade policy and unbalanced control of capital and financial account, and increasing the investing efficiency of the excess foreign exchange reserves.
