摘要
低轨(LEO)移动卫星通信系统是实现全球个人通信的一个重要方式,日益得到人们的重视。基于LEO移动卫星通信的动态平衡话务模型和无优先权切换方案,讨论了两种适宜的切换优先权方案:一种分配部分固定信道用于切换服务,另一种除具备切换专用信道外还附加切换请求排队来大幅度提高系统话务性能。运用此模型对一个LEO移动卫星通信系统进行了实际切换分析。
Low earth-orbiting mobile satellite communication system is a very important approach for personal communication all over the world. It is valued by people increasingly. Based on the traffic model in a dynamic balance and nonprioritized handover scheme for LEO mobile satellite communication, two schemes for handover procedure are considered. One adopts fixed channel assinnment exclusively for handover service,and the other additionally employes a queue of handover attemps. The system performance is improved rapidly in priority strategy. Adopting this traffic medel,the characters of a practical network are analysed.
