研究了Ｂａｎａｃｈ空间中，Ｐ＞２时Φ－ｍｉｘｉｎｇ序列和的完全收敛性问题。通过用截断和高阶矩分析的方法，获得了在部分和二阶矩为ｎ２σ－η（η＞０）阶无穷小时．此Ｂａｎａｃｈ空间中Φ－ｍｉｘｉｎｇ序列的完全收敛性。
