提出在微波常压条件下，用重铬酸钾──硫酸体系氧化有机物，借残余重铬酸根的颜色测定其吸光度。利用间接分光光度法测定水体系的化学耗氧量。

This peper puts forward a method of determing the chemical oxygen consuming content of the water system by the indirect spectrophotometry, that is, under microwave normal pressure, how to oxidize organic compounds by using potassium dichromate-sulphuric acid system and how to determine its absorbonce by making use of the color of the dichromate radical remains.
