摘要
本文分析了一种新型的毫米波TWT慢波电路─—双交错式梯形电路。提出了求解双交错梯形慢波电路色散特性的三维有限元法和腔场平均法,求得了双交错慢波结构的三维场分布,同时进行了实验研究,实验结果和理论值良好符合。
A new type of MM-wave TWT slow wave system──double staggered ladder circuit is analysed in this paper,by means of the 3-D finite element method and cavity field average value method,the dispersive characteristics and the 3-D field distribution are obtained. An experimental research is done,and the result is fit well to the theoretical one.
