植物血凝素对大鼠周血淋巴细胞DNA结合蛋白的影响 被引量:2

摘要 应用原位杂交技术,对大鼠周血分离淋巴细胞以及植物血凝素(PHA)刺激的转化淋巴细胞中的DNA结合蛋白(DBP)的变化,进行了研究。结果显示:①受PHA刺激的淋巴细胞显示DBP信号百分率显著升高;②受PHA刺激的淋巴细胞核内显示DBP信号的百分率显著升高,且多为淋巴母细胞;③细胞核外显示DBP信号的淋巴细胞百分率在PHA刺激后显著升高。提示:PHA刺激对淋巴细胞核内、外DBP的信号均有增高作用;DBP可能参与淋巴细胞的母细胞转化以及细胞间遗传信息的传递。 DNA binding proteins (DBR) in two kinds of specimens, including isolated iymphocytes by gradient density and blood lymphocytes stimulated by PHA, were studied by in situ hybridization technique. The results showed that:①the percentage of lymphocytes demonstrating DBP signals in PHA-stimulated specimens was significantly increased;②in PHA-stimulated specimens,the percentage of lymphocytes demonstrating intranuclear DBP signals was also significantly increased and most of the cells were lymphoblasts;③the percentage of lymphocytes demonstrating extranuclear DBP signals was also significantly increased in PHAstimulated specimens. The results suggests that the PHA stimulation may affect both intranuclear and extranuclear DBP signals,and DBP may involve lymphoblastogenesis and inter-cellular genetic information transduction.
